Exchange & Return policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're unhappy with your online purchase, we're here to help.

We gladly accept exchanges for unworn items within 5 days of delivery, provided they are in their original, unused condition. 

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds.

We are happy to replace your item in the following scenarios:

  • If the wrong product was sent to you

  • If the product is defective 

  • If the product was damaged during shipping

Please ensure that returned orders are in their original packaging.

 

Please note that the following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Sale products

  • Earrings & Huggies (we do not accept returns on earrings)

  • Individual products in sets (the products must be returned as a set to be eligible for a refund)

  • Items that were worn or sent to you as a replacement/exchange and have already been returned once

  • Items without jewelry tags

  • Items damaged after opening 

  • Final sale items 

  • Baroque pearls and natural pearls that do not have quality issues

  • Naturally uneven Baroque pearls and natural pearls 

  • Natural stones with natural cracks (natural cracks are not  considered as damaged)  

  • Naturally uneven stones 

  • Naturally pigmented stones (natural stones are unique and have differences in shades or colors depending on the chemical structure of the stones. Differences in the color of natural stones we don't consider as damage)

  • Please include your order number and the item you wish to exchange.

  • Expect to hear back from us within 48 hours.

 

Upon approval of your exchange request, if shipping is required, an email containing shipping instructions will be sent to you. Once the product has been returned, a new item will be dispatched to you.

 

Shipments are dispatched to the delivery address specified by the customer during the order placement. While the postal carriers provide estimated delivery times, we cannot ensure precise delivery schedules due to the carriers’ absence of guaranteed arrival times. Estimated delivery time for the UAE ranges from 1 to 3 working days. Please be aware that most local courier companies generally do not operate during weekends and public holidays, which might cause potential delays.

 

Kindly avoid refusing deliveries, as third-party logistics will return or dispose of any undelivered packages. If an order is rejected and the package is subsequently lost or destroyed by third-party logistics, we will not be responsible for such occurrences.
